I really have good intentions every time. I swear I do it’s just that life gets in the way. So a ton has changed since my last post, A YEAR AGO...🙄 My youngest daughter graduated 8th grade and entered high school,
my middle daughter is turning 16 next month and will be entering the driving world on her own, 😱 my oldest daughter started a dog training business and has 2 facilities already, I bought a new vehicle 🤔 hmmmmm.... oh yea we became licensed foster parents!!!! 🎉🍾👏 Is champagne really appropriate when announcing foster care you ask??? Yes... yes it is. It is parenting so let’s be real, how many days do you want to say make it a double and keep them coming...🥂 
We completed our PRIDE classes and home study and was officially licensed August 22, 2017. Then we started our wait for the phone call that would match us with our perfect placement. November 28 we got that call about 4pm and by 9pm our family of 5 grew to a family of 8! Two of the most handsome boys and the most gorgeous baby girl entered my home and stole my heart ❤️ Funny story, we were actually only licensed for 2 kiddos ages 0-5 years, but this TRIO came with 2 boys, ages 10 and 11 and their beautiful baby sister 4 months. I trusted my licensor and said yes to 2 kids above my comfort age level and raised our occupancy to 3 and started our new adventure.
